Return & Refund Policy

At Bhagalpuri Dull Chadar, operated by Riyashree Fashion and Retail Private Limited, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

The return or exchange eligibility applicable to a particular product may also be mentioned on its product page. Certain products, clearance items, customised products or products specifically marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be retained.

  • The product must not have stains, damage, alterations, odour or signs of use.

  • The return/exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us verify and resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product, packaging and issue.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Return Shipping

Where reverse pickup service is available, we may arrange collection from the delivery address.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address after receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order. Where the product supplied by us is verified as incorrect, damaged or defective, applicable return-shipping costs will be handled according to the resolution communicated by our support team.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting customer support.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

For an approved return, the refund will generally be initiated within 3 business days after verification.

After initiation, the amount may take up to 7 business days or longer to appear in your original payment method depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Any applicable shipping, return or other non-refundable charges will be deducted where relevant.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, any eligible request will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as early as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged or altered after delivery.

  • Products without their original tags or packaging.

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable or final sale.

  • Return requests submitted after the applicable return period.

Colour & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and designs accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and display differences.

Minor variations inherent to textile products or weaving should not automatically be considered defects.
